Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Calgary is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, train team members and ensure exceptional guest service at our SE Calgary location. This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced quick-service setting, with opportunities for growth and development.

You will report to the Restaurant Manager, cover shifts during peak periods, monitor food safety, control costs, and uphold Popeyes standards while maintaining a friendly, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and guest focus.
• Ability to train and develop staff while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in leading the team and ensuring adequate coverage.
• Complete shift documentation and follow sanitation and safety policies.
• Demonstrate a guests-first attitude and lead by example to deliver exceptional service.
• Help control costs by reviewing portion control and waste, and manage inventory.
• Ensure policies are followed during shifts and provide constructive feedback to team.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling and inventory management.
• Maintain brand standards and monitor food and labor costs.
