Mucho Burrito – Westbank is looking for a Full-Time Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30 hours per week, $36.60/hour.

Job Description

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Mucho Burrito Westbank
• Implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Assign and coordinate work of employees to promote efficiency of operations
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering
• As needed, perform direct preparation of foods and beverages

Job Requirements

• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality, food and beverage service management, business management, or related
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
• Language in the workplace is English
