Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.

Tasks
  1. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  2. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
  3. Conduct performance reviews.
  4. Cost products and services.
  5. Organize and maintain inventory.
  6. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  7. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  8. Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  9. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  10. Provide customer service.
  11. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
Supervision
  • More than 20 people.
