Managing Partner - AnnaLena Hospitality Inc

Their There is a busy, modern brunch and coffee bar from the team behind Michelin-starred AnnaLena. We’re looking for a FOH Manager to help lead daily service and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’re passionate about hospitality, food, and coffee. You thrive in fast-paced environments, lead by example, and bring strong energy to your team. Brunch or coffee experience is a plus. We’re especially interested in people who are ready to grow within a dynamic restaurant group.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the FOH team through busy daytime service
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day operations
• Deliver warm, efficient, standout service
• Help train new staff and support ongoing development
• Work closely with ownership to refine systems and elevate the guest experience
