Job summary

Shanghai 360 in Toronto is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to plan and organize daily restaurant operations, oversee inventory, ensure health and safety, and implement service procedures. You will negotiate with suppliers, contribute to marketing plans, and address customer concerns with a focus on service quality.

Permanent position, 30 hours per week, on-site in Toronto. Requires English proficiency, a college education, and 2–3 years of relevant experience.
