Job summary

Tim Hortons Québec is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations across various locations. You will oversee staff, schedules, and service quality to ensure smooth business performance.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to train team members while maintaining high customer satisfaction and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school graduation certificate required.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
  • Ability to supervise and train staff.
  • Ability to manage daily operations and scheduling.

  • Evaluate daily operations and performance.
  • Monitor revenues to manage labour costs.
  • Set staff work schedules and supervise staff.
  • Train staff and ensure health and safety standards.
