WTC Ventures (Wendy's) in Squamish, BC, is seeking a Restaurant Operations Lead to plan and organize daily operations, set staff schedules, supervise and train employees, determine service types, and manage inventory while upholding health and safety standards.

This permanent role offers a 40-hour work week with English as the working language. A health care plan and youth-focused training programs with mentorship and networking support are provided to help new staff grow.

Qualificações

• Secondary school graduation certificate is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in food and beverages operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
