Job description

Location: 251 3rd Avenue West, Prince Rupert, BC V8J 1L2

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Wage: $34.65 per hour

Type of employment: Full-time (30 - 40 hours per week)

Duties:
  1. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  2. Evaluate daily operations
  3. Plan and organize daily operations
  4. Supervise staff
  5. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  6. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  7. Conduct performance reviews
  8. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  9. Organize and maintain inventory
  10. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  11. Address customers' complaints or concerns
  12. Provide customer service
