Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced quick service setting in Rosthern, SK. You will drive daily operations, uphold high food safety and quality standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

With at least 3 years in restaurant management, you will mentor staff, optimize schedules, and collaborate with kitchen teams on menu offerings while maintaining a positive work culture. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles.
• Strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Familiarity with Micros POS systems preferred.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance.
• Barista or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
