Job summary

Workstream is seeking a talented leader to join the Leadership Team in our restaurant operations. You will guide front-of-house leadership, mentor team members, and drive initiatives to boost sales and guest satisfaction.

You will participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing Assistant Managers and Supervisors, ensuring seamless operation when the GM is absent. This role emphasizes growth, training, and long-term career development across Canada and the USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Proven leadership skills: desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best.
• Energetic and positive.
• Strong patience and communication skills.
• Drive for continuous improvement.

• Experience in leadership development an asset.
