Tim Hortons en Ontario recherche un gérant de restaurant permanent pour superviser les opérations, planifier les horaires et assurer le service client de qualité.

Le candidat idéal possède une formation collégiale et 2–3 ans d’expérience en gestion dans la restauration, et sait diriger une équipe dans un cadre rapide et sous pression. Des formations en sécurité alimentaire et une maîtrise des outils MS Office et du système de caisse sont requises.

Qualifications

• Certificat collégial non universitaire (1–2 ans).
• Expérience en gestion dans la restauration souhaitée.
• Connaissances de caisse et outils bureautiques (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Analyser le budget pour augmenter et maintenir les profits du restaurant.
• Évaluer les opérations quotidiennes et les coûts de main-d'œuvre.
• Planifier et organiser les opérations quotidiennes.
• Recruter, former et superviser le personnel.
• Établir les horaires et assurer le service client.
