Job summary

Petro-Canada in Madoc, Ontario seeks a budget/operations supervisor to manage restaurant budgets, costs, and staff. You will analyze budgets, develop cost plans for food, ingredients, alcohol, and cleaning supplies, and monitor daily operations.

  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
  • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
  • Monitor staff performance.
  • Plan and organize daily operations.
  • Recruit staff.

  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
