Job summary

JobsMedia.io recherche un responsable opérationnel pour superviser une équipe et assurer le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes dans Londres, Ontario. Vous dirigerez le planning, les effectifs et les procédures, en veillant au respect des normes et à la satisfaction client.

Le candidat idéal possède 2 à 3 ans d'expérience, sait travailler sous pression et démontrer des compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe. Poste à temps plein avec horaires en soirée et week-ends.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'études secondaires requis.
• Expérience requise: 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et sous pression.

• Former le personnel et assurer le maintien des procédures opérationnelles.
