Job summary

Crave Appetite is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Devon, AB location. You will manage budgeting for food, alcohol, and supplies, and supervise staff to ensure smooth service.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, English proficiency, and on-site work. Start date ASAP with a 30-hour workweek at an hourly wage of $37.50.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • Evaluate daily operations and modify food prep methods and menu prices according to budget.
  • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost and staff performance.
  • Plan and organize daily operations and recruit staff.
  • Set staff work schedules and train staff.
  • Determine services to be offered and implement procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and organize inventory.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and address customer complaints.
