Job Responsibilities:

2. Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
3. Conduct performance reviews.
4. Cost products and services.
5. Organize and maintain inventory.
6. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
7. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
8. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
9. Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
10. Lead and instruct team members.
11. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
12. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
