Job summary

XO Bistro in Edmonton, AB is seeking a Restaurant Manager who is self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to lead daily operations.

The position is permanent, full-time with Day, Evening, Weekend, and Flexible shifts, requiring effective staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

You will oversee budgeting, inventory, pricing, customer service, and ensure compliance with provincial liquor laws, health and safety standards, and timely service.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language.
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in related industry.
• Supervise 16–20 staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations.
• Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
