1. Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
2. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices in line with the restaurant budget
3. Monitor and assess staff performance
4. Plan and organize daily restaurant operations
5. Determine service offerings and establish operational procedures
6. Manage financial tasks such as balancing cash, preparing balance sheets, and cash reports
7. Conduct staff performance reviews
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
9. Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
10. Address customer complaints and concerns
