Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Brandon, Manitoba is looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and lead staff to deliver high-quality service. You will recruit, schedule, monitor performance, and ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.

You will negotiate with suppliers and clients, manage inventory, and address customer concerns while organizing services for consistent quality on a permanent, full-time basis. English required; 30–40 hours per week.
