Northland Properties seeks a dynamic leader to join its Leadership Team in our restaurant network across Canada and the USA. You will partner with the General Manager to model hospitality, develop teams, and drive guest satisfaction while expanding profits.

You will hire, train, oversee front-of-house leaders, and participate in leadership development seminars as the company grows across North America.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Ability to coach and develop Supervisors and team members.
• Strong communication and guest relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Role modelling hospitality to guests and team members.
• Communicating with guests to ensure satisfaction at an exceptional level.
• Implement initiatives to increase sales and profit.
