Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.

• Experience leading shifts and supporting senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Actively lead shifts, supporting senior leadership while managing budget goals.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and guest connection during each shift.
• Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and coaching.
• Handle guest concerns and compliments with professionalism.
