Northland Properties is seeking talented, driven leaders to join its Leadership Team in our hospitality division. You will lead shifts, mentor cooks and front‑of‑house teams, and help deliver memorable guest experiences across Canada and the USA, while upholding high standards of service, quality, and teamwork.

This role emphasizes developing people, sustaining a positive team morale, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills.
• Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best.
• Committed to continuous improvement.

• Previous culinary leadership experience considered an asset.

Responsabilités

• Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications of the company
• Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
• Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
• Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily
