• Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner following company specs.
• Actively lead shifts, supporting senior leadership while helping manage budgetary goals.
• Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift.
• Assist in using fresh, high-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily.
