You will oversee guest experience, financial results, people leadership, and compliance, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of senior restaurant or hospitality management in a high‑volume environment.
• Proven track record leading teams and achieving financial targets.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, labour management, inventory controls, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and employee engagement skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a high‑performing team.
• Lead a positive workplace culture focused on respect and development.
• Oversee guest experience and ensure exceptional service standards.
