MLSE is seeking a restaurant supervisor to lead and motivate our dining team, coordinating seating plans and pre‑opening duties with the Club manager. You will ensure accurate deliveries, expedit e orders, and attentive guest service in a fast‑paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience in high‑volume dining, strong knowledge of restaurant operations, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Supervisory or management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant business principles and service etiquette.
• Effective team management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team.
• Prepare seating plans with the Club manager.
• Oversee pre-opening duties and staff assignments.
• Verify deliveries and secure stock.
• Expedite orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Supervise service floor and address guest concerns.
• Maintain scheduling and attendance records.
• Adhere to MLSE health, safety, and policies.
