Job summary

Delta Hotels Bessborough in Saskatoon is hiring for a Management level sales role focusing on group sales. You will handle inquiries, liaise with the group sales team, and close group business by negotiating contracts and up-selling services.

Responsibilities include site inspections, revenue forecasting, and implementing brand service standards while delivering a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in sales/marketing or related area.
• Or a 2-year degree in Business Admin/Marketing/Hotel & Restaurant Management with 2 years in sales/marketing or related area.
• Preferred: Large group sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and act as on-property liaison for group sales.
• Respond to group/catering opportunities within peak room parameters.
• Close opportunities by negotiating contracts and up-selling.
• Develop group sales revenue and provide forecasting reports.
• Provide turnover to Event Management and ensure high service standards.
