We are currently seeking to fill two positions for NOC 60030 – Restaurant and Food Service Managers. The two managers will share the work schedule by splitting shifts: the first employee will work from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and the second employee will work from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. On Saturdays, there will be two shorter shifts: the first employee will work from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and the second employee will work from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. As members of our fast‑food restaurant team located at 1 JOHN F. KENNEDY, SAINT‑JÉRÔME, the selected candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the service in the restaurant or establishment during their shift.
• Be involved in the hiring of staff and ensure their training.
• Monitor work schedules, staff performance, stocks, and receipts.
• Evaluate methods and prices.
• Follow up on customer complaints and claims.
