Job summary

EY seeks an RM Supervising Associate to support deployment, development, and capacity management of Consulting resources in Canada. You will work with RM Leaders to optimize staffing, schedules, and project readiness, providing insightful reporting and data-driven insights.

You will review pipelines, coordinate with Talent HR and RM teams, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining high client service standards. English communication is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience staffing consulting professionals or roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in other Microsoft applications
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French language skills are an asset
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and the ability to resolve issues promptly
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and confident working independently
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Three to five years of relevant work experience
• Experience in a professional services firm is an asset

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, development, and capacity management of Consulting client-serving professionals
• Prepare reports and pivot tables for deployment data
• Assist in scheduling and resource matching to deals and pursuits
• Review CRM/pipeline data to align resources with project needs
• Communicate resource status and scheduling changes to RM Leads
• Contribute to RM priorities and ad hoc projects
• Provide coaching/mentoring to counselees/direct reports when assigned
