Job summary

EY Canada is seeking an RM Supervising Associate to support the Consulting Resource Management function. You will assist deployment, capacity planning, and reporting for client-serving professionals, with supervision to set priorities and ensure effective staffing across engagements.

The role requires strong Excel skills, client-service focus, and the ability to operate in a fast-changing environment. This is a full-time position based in Canada, with standard EY total rewards benefits.

Qualifications

• To qualify for the role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French-language skills are an asset
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and the ability to resolve issues promptly
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and confident working independently
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Three to five years of relevant work experience
• Experience staffing consulting professionals or roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in other Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, development, and capacity management of Consulting client-serving professionals.
• Produce reporting requirements to deploy staff effectively and provide meaningful career experiences.
• Receive regular supervision to set appropriate priorities.
• Assist in scheduling, talent matching, and resource availability forecasting.
• Create/maintain accurate personnel and client project schedules.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to assigned counselees/direct reports.
