Job summary

EY Canada is seeking an RM Supervising Associate within the Consulting Resource Management team. You will support deployment, development and capacity management of client-serving professionals, and provide reporting to deploy resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience staffing consulting professionals.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in other Microsoft applications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French asset.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a professional services firm is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, development and capacity management of client-serving professionals.
• Provide reporting requirements to effectively deploy professionals and offer meaningful career experiences.
• Regular supervision to set appropriate priorities.
• Assist RM Leads with scheduling assignments and data review.
• Maintain accurate personnel and client project schedules.
• Monitor availability and communicates schedule changes.
• Coaching and mentoring of counselees/direct reports as assigned.
• Contribute to RM priorities, task forces and process improvements.
