Job summary

Qualico invites applications for a Service Representative (Warranty) at our Edmonton Regional Office. You will manage warranty service needs for homeowners, coordinate repairs with trades and suppliers, and ensure work meets quality standards and timelines.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in residential construction, a related trade designation, and proficiency in MS Office and construction management software. A valid driver’s license and safe-work mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, or equivalent; Diploma or degree in a relevant field is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of residential construction experience.
• Designation in related trade.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
• Physically able to kneel, crouch, lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and construction management software (NewStar, On-Location Warranty, BuilderGO, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Attend service appointments to assess homeowner concerns and coordinate corrective actions.
• Liaise with homeowners and trades/suppliers regarding updates on corrective actions.
• Document homeowner concerns with Description, Root Cause, and Resolution.
• Coordinate with Field Service Supervisor to determine validity of service requests.
• Address and resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure repairs meet Qualico standards and applicable regulations.
• Create warranty work orders and issue back-charges when required.
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers per back-charge processes.
• Promote a safe work environment and adhere to safety regulations.
• Support other projects and duties as assigned.
