Job summary

Cardel Homes is seeking a Warranty Technician to address homeowner warranty concerns and collaborate with the construction team, sub-contractors, and trades. This role involves hands-on repairs, inspections, and coordinating service with sub-trades in Ontario communities.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years warranty or trades experience, a High School Diploma or GED, Tarion Warranty knowledge, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warranty or tradesperson experience.
• Tarion Warranty knowledge.
• Construction knowledge – building technology, processes, and building materials.
• Independent self-starter with strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Addressing pre-occupancy & post possession homeowner concerns.
• Conducting visual inspections of warranty issues.
• Performing ‘hands-on’ repairs.
• Scheduling additional services with sub-trades.
