Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the social services field.
• Supervisory experience considered an asset.
• Current valid First Aid/CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certificates.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License (Class G or G2) required.

• Ensure quality support for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the team.
• Manage budget expenditures and resources effectively.
