Community Living Mississauga is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide individualized support to people with an intellectual disability in Mississauga. Under a Manager/Supervisor, you will address personal goals, support plans, and daily living activities.
You may assist with daily tasks, personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and health monitoring, while promoting community inclusion and independence.

Community Living Mississauga provides residential support for people who have an intellectual disability in Mississauga. Working under the guidance of a Manager/Supervisor, the Support Worker is responsible for the individualized support of people as directed in their personal support plan. Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
