You will maintain a visible security presence, patrol properties, monitor access, document incidents, and respond to alarms while upholding privacy and residents' safety.

Qualifications

• BC Security Worker Licence required.
• Class 5 Driver's Licence with clean abstract.
• Minimum 10 years residency in Canada.
• Eligible for Government of Canada Secret Clearance.
• Basic First Aid certification or higher.
• AST Certification completed or higher training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and highly visible security presence at assigned residential properties.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor for unusual or suspicious activity.
• Observe approaching vehicles and individuals; report concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry attempts.
• Maintain logs and complete incident reports accurately.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Coordinate with GardaWorld Operations and responders as required.
• Preserve scene integrity until additional resources arrive.
• Operate company vehicles and perform pre/post-shift inspections.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding assignments, residents, and visitors.

Responsibilities for High Profile Residential Security Guard:

• Maintain a professional and highly visible security presence at assigned residential properties.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor the surrounding area for unusual or suspicious activity.
• Observe approaching vehicles and individuals while reporting any security concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry attempts.
• Maintain detailed logs and complete accurate incident reports.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
• Coordinate with GardaWorld Operations, supervisors, emergency responders, and authorized personnel when required.
• Preserve scene integrity during incidents until additional resources arrive.
• Operate assigned company vehicles when required and conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments, residents, visitors, and daily operations.

Qualifications for High Profile Residential Security Guard:

• Valid BC Security Worker Licence
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Clean Driver's Abstract
• Minimum 10 years of residency in Canada
