Job summary

Paladin Security in Canada is seeking a professional Security Guard to help maintain a safe environment for clients, employees, and the public. You will provide a visible security presence, patrol premises, monitor access, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid BC Security Licence is required.
• First Aid training is an asset.
• Gaming license is an asset.
• Previous security or customer service experience is an asset.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence and maintain a safe environment.
• Patrol premises, monitor access control, and report irregularities.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Basic Occupational First Aid Training is an asset
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License and a reliable vehicle is an asset

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Previous security or customer service experience is an asset
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
