Qualifications

• Work closely with managers and mentors to achieve goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development activities.

Adecco is currently recruiting on behalf of RPM Commercial Solutions for a full-time Residential Sales Representative for an onsite opportunity in Calgary, AB.

In this role, you will meet with homeowners, introduce home improvement services, and schedule free attic assessments. You will not be responsible for inspections or installations. Your focus is generating interest and booking appointments.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start or grow a career in sales. No previous sales experience is required. Comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and daily support are provided to help you succeed.

• Pay Rate: Commission-based | Depending on performance


• Location: Calgary, AB | 100% on-site


• Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
