Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to comfortably make 120 outbound calls daily.
• Proven ability to schedule 25 appointments per week.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• On-site availability Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Pay Rate: $55,000 - $75,000 | Commission-based | Depending on performance

• Location: Toronto, ON | 100% on-site

• Shift: Monday to Friday |8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Available to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

Preferred

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, customer service, or a call centre environment

• Experience using CRM software to manage leads and document activities

• Strong ability to build relationships and drive results through phone interactions
