Pier 4 Ltd. is seeking a skilled Renovations/Maintenance Technician to maintain, renovate, and improve residential communities in our Nova Scotia portfolio.
You will perform repairs across carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical tasks, ensuring move-in ready conditions and high resident satisfaction. Join a fast-growing real estate investment firm recognized for excellence and a strong workplace culture.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential maintenance/renovation/repair.
- Experience with carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical repairs, and general building maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs in residential suites, common areas, and building systems.
- Complete suite turnovers, renovations, and general repairs to move-in ready standards.
- Respond to resident service requests and deliver excellent customer service.
- Carry out carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, minor plumbing, and basic electrical repairs.
- Diagnose maintenance issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with seasonal property upkeep and snow removal.
- Be on-call for after-hours emergencies and travel between properties.
