Pier 4 is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing Nova Scotia portfolio. You will maintain and enhance multi-family residential properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring resident satisfaction.
You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and renovations across multiple sites, respond to service requests within 24 hours, and participate in on-call rotations. A valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License and own tools are required.

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for preserving the condition of our properties through preventative maintenance, repairs, renovations, and responsive residential service.
