Job summary

Renewal by Andersen BC is seeking confident, motivated sales professionals to join our team. This commission-only role centers on in-home consultations with pre-set homeowner appointments, leveraging a strong support system to generate earnings through closing deals and referrals.

You’ll present solutions, educate customers on pricing, financing, and warranty options, and partner with installation teams to deliver an exceptional homeowner experience. Travel and evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

A proven track record in commission-based sales or other performance-driven environments.
Comfort presenting and closing face-to-face with homeowners.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
willingness to learn, be coached, and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

Meet homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations.
Present window and door solutions, pricing, financing, and warranties.
Close sales and build trust through consultative selling.
Maintain customer information and follow-up activity in CRM.
Generate referrals and develop self-generated business.
Coordinate with installation/operations teams to ensure a great customer experience.
