Job summary

Avenue Living Residential, located in Edmonton, is seeking an Administration role within Operations to support the property management team and resident inquiries. The candidate will handle inquiries, perform admin tasks, and help maintain records and notices for multiple properties.

Ideal applicants will have at least 1 year of admin experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a criminal record check. The position is full-time and on-site in Edmonton, AB.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of administration experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Must complete & pass a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for resident inquiries.
• Handle in person interactions, incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications related to property management.
• Be the first point of contact for resident complaints and elevate to residential property manager(s).
• Provide administrative support to the residential property management team, ensuring efficient day-today operations of properties.
• Maintain property records, files, and databases.
• Support in the preparation and distribution of notices, letters, and correspondence to residents or contractors.
• Other duties as required.
