Job summary

Avenue Living Residential is seeking a Maintenance Associate (Residential Property) to service our Alberta properties with a focus on safety, quality and resident satisfaction. You will manage work orders, perform repairs, and help prepare units for occupancy while contributing to building upkeep.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in general maintenance and repairs.
• Tech-savvy with multiple programs and mobile access.
• Strong communications skills.
• Own tools and CSA steel-toed boots; clean shaven for respirator as required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident requests and follow up to ensure work orders are completed promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and maintain relationships.
• Prepare units for occupancy (painting, drywall, heating, plumbing, minor electrical).
• Participate in property improvements and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and inspect equipment.
