You will perform painting, drywall repair, and finishing work across residential and commercial units, contributing to turnover efficiency and overall building presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional painting (residential/commercial).
• Strong drywall repair, patching, finishing skills.
• Able to work independently with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior and exterior painting projects with surface prep and finishing.
• Perform drywall repairs, patching, mudding, sanding, and blending.
• Prepare surfaces, caulk and seal to deliver high-quality finishes.
• Complete unit turns and refreshes on schedule while meeting standards.
• Maintain maintenance records and track materials and time.
