Peterson Residential is seeking a results-driven Leasing Consultant to manage inquiries, tours, and the leasing process for a large-scale residential community. You will use CRM systems to track prospects, schedule tours, and secure lease commitments while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset to meet occupancy and revenue targets in a fast-paced leasing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in residential leasing or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or high-performance sales is valued.
• Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, real estate or marketing is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and record activity in the CRM.
• Follow up on leads to maximize occupancy and rental revenue.
• Maintain a disciplined leasing pipeline and convert leads to leases.
• Conduct property tours and communicate features and resident experience.
• Collaborate with marketing on leasing campaigns and events.
• Ensure leasing activities comply with laws and company policies.
