Job summary

Kingsley Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the leasing function across a growing residential portfolio, including established communities and new developments.

You will coach a team of Leasing Consultants, drive occupancy performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the leasing journey. The ideal candidate brings strong sales leadership, market insight, and operational excellence to proactively shape leasing strategies, monitor market

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of residential leasing experience, including 3–5 years of leadership.
• Proven occupancy and leasing targets achievement in multi-residential settings.
• Experience supporting lease-up activities for new developments.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and team development abilities.
• Knowledge of residential leasing operations and market analysis.
• Proactive, strategic mindset with market insight.
• Experience managing third-party leasing agencies.
• Familiarity with residential tenancy legislation and compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook; Yardi an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Leasing Consultants to hit occupancy targets.
• Drive leasing performance across stabilized assets and new development projects.
• Adjust leasing strategies based on market conditions and performance data.
• Execute leasing promotions and outreach to maximize occupancy.
• Monitor activity and use data to identify opportunities and actions.
• Build relationships with real estate agents and external partners.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Marketing, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and company policies.
• Provide regular reporting and forecasts on occupancy and leasing.
• Support end-to-end lease-up processes and move-in coordination.
• Help the team resolve challenges and maintain high customer experience.
