Peterson Residential in Canada is seeking a results‑oriented leasing professional to drive lease activity and occupancy for a large-scale residential community. You will respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and guide prospects through the leasing journey with a focus on exceptional customer experiences.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, objection handling, and converting prospects into residents while maintaining detailed records in our CRM and delivering strong rental revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of residential leasing or related customer-facing experience.
• Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, real estate, marketing, or related field is an asset.
• Strong sales aptitude with ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, overcome objections, and close leasing opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and secure property tour appointments.
• Follow up on leads to maximize occupancy and revenue and understand prospect needs.
• Maintain leasing pipeline and move qualified leads toward lease execution.
• Conduct property tours and communicate floor plans, features, and resident experience.
• Build rapport and address prospect needs, using consultative leasing techniques.
• Convert qualified prospects into residents and meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Review and collect prospect applications and documents in the CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide prospects through the leasing journey.
• Maintain knowledge of vacant inventory and monitor market pricing to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with marketing on leasing campaigns and events.
