Job summary

Petersons in Toronto seeks an experienced Leasing Leader to drive occupancy and revenue in a fast-paced, multi-phase rental community. You will lead Leasing Associates, manage the CRM pipeline, and ensure excellent resident experiences through disciplined follow-up and conversions.

The role demands strong leadership, an eye for pricing strategy, and collaboration with Property Management to enhance the move-in experience. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline preferred.
Minimum 5 years of residential leasing experience, preferably within purpose-built rental, multifamily, or mixed-use communities.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising leasing teams.
Experience with lease-up projects, newly delivered communities, or multi-phased developments is an asset.
Strong knowledge of the GTA residential rental market and leasing principles.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Leasing Associates and Leasing Coordinators to meet daily priorities and targets.
Establish goals, accountability, and performance routines for leasing staff.
Ensure use of approved leasing tools, CRM, reporting, and workflows for data accuracy and conversion.
Conduct coaching, role playing, training, and performance management for high conversion ratios.
Manage prospect pipeline and CRM to maximise conversion and leasing results.
Prepare and execute leases in compliance with company standards and regulations.
