Qualifications

• Residential Management experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Advanced proficiency in property management software (MRI, Yardi).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and process invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors and subcontractors.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to allocate expenses properly.
• Set up vendors and P.O.s in AP system.
• Oversee billing and collections for residential leases.
• Monitor AR aging and manage overdue accounts.
• Reconcile accounts and record payments accurately.
• Assist and lead in the preparation of reports and audits.
• Support internal controls to safeguard company assets.
