• Experience planning and leading group activities for residents.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, evaluate, develop, and revise activation programs based on assessed needs under manager guidance.
• Set up and clean activity areas and transport residents to and from programs.
• Monitor residents during programs and report significant changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain program and resident records per department policy and document participation.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
