Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to prepare care plans with confidentiality.

• Maintain resident files and progress reports for staff review.
• Provide emotional support and life skills guidance to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and transportation as needed.
• Assist with meal planning, safety, and housekeeping tasks.
